Located at 5334-3 Baltimore Avenue in Hyattsville, Maryland, within Prince George's County, Maryland and the Gateway Arts District. The Suite Spot includes 27 private professional suites and is currently pre-leasing for Fall 2026.
The Suites
Each suite is 100 square feet, private, closed ceiling, and configured as a wet suite. Members can work from their own suite without sharing a common-area bowl or sink.
